1.Shipping Coverage

We proudly ship worldwide through our trusted third-party logistics partners. Shipping rates and delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and the courier service selected.

2.Order Processing Time

 In-stock products: Dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation.- Pre-order / Custom-made products: Require a minimum of 45 to 60 days for dispatch, depending on design complexity, fabric availability, and production time. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with all necessary details.

3.Delivery Timelines- Within Kerala

Estimated delivery time – 5 working days after dispatch.- Rest of India: Estimated delivery time – 8 working days after dispatch.- International Orders: Delivery time varies depending on destination and customs procedures. Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, local holidays, or unforeseen logistics factors.

4.Shipping Partners

(Within India)- Within India, home delivery is provided only through India Post.- Customers can choose between India Post and DTDC courier service during purchase.- India Post: Offers reliable home delivery across India, including rural and remote areas.- DTDC: Recommended for faster delivery to major cities and towns (subject to service availability).

5.International Shipping

For overseas deliveries, we work with reputed international logistics providers. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. Customs duties or import taxes, if applicable, must be borne by the customer.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Order ID. You can track your order directly through our website by following these steps:
